Kera Mariotti, LS, GISP
President
Kera has been a Licensed Land Surveyor in New York and Pennsylvania for over 15 years and became a certified Geographic Information System Professional after completing her MGIS at Penn State University. She is also a former faculty member in the Surveying & Geomatics Degree at SUNY Alfred. Kera is an active member of the New York State Association of Professional Land Surveyors.
Jeffrey Marshall, PE
Vice-President
For over 30 years, Jeff has been a Professional Engineering in both New York and Pennsylvania and specializes in railroads. After earning his MBA from Rochester Institute of Technology Jeff retired as a faculty member at SUNY Alfred in the Civil Engineering Department. Jeff is an active member of the American Society of Civil Engineers.

We have three locations in Allegany, Cattaraugus and Steuben Counties to better serve Southern Tier/Western, NY and Northern Pennsylvania.
